Recovery houses quote a nightly rate, and the nightly rate is not the bill. Most facilities publish no prices at all — so this page gives you only the figures we could actually source, who they belong to, and the questions that get you the rest.
Nobody books one night after surgery. So a house quoting $325 a night is not a $325 decision — at seven nights it is a $2,275 decision before anyone has driven you anywhere or touched you for a massage, and stays after a BBL are often longer than seven nights.
That is why every listing on this site shows an estimated seven-night total alongside the nightly rate. It is a deliberately blunt multiplication, not a quote, but it puts the two numbers next to each other at the moment you are comparing houses.
Most publish nothing at all. Of the listings in this directory, only a handful state a price anywhere on their own website — so rather than give you invented "typical" ranges, here is every figure we could actually source, and who it belongs to.
| What | Published price | Who |
|---|---|---|
| Shared room | $325/night | Miami and Dallas |
| Shared room | $400/night | Houston — more than that operator’s own studio room |
| Private room, flat rate either way | $300/night | Miami |
| Private suite | $400–550/night | Miami, Dallas and Houston |
| Private suite, Los Angeles | from $1,750/night | Beverly Hills — trade reporting, not the facility’s own figure |
| Pre-surgery night | $180/night | Miami, Dallas and Houston |
| Lymphatic drainage session | $85 | As a recovery-house add-on |
| Lymphatic drainage session | $89 / 60 min | A Dallas therapist, booked directly |
| Seroma drainage | $165 | Same Dallas therapist |
| Drain removal | $89 | Same |
| Suture removal | $75 | Same |
| Extra transport trip | $40 | Beyond the trips included in the stay |
| Extra guest, per night | $100 | Miami, Dallas and Houston |
| Early check-in / late check-out | $50 each | Miami, Dallas and Houston |
In the lower-cost metros — Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Dallas, Houston, Atlanta — published rates run roughly $300 to $550 a night, and a seven-night stay lands somewhere around $2,100 to $3,900 before add-ons.
Higher-cost cities can be in a different bracket altogether. Los Angeles is the clear example: rates there are reported at $1,750 a night and up, which over seven nights can mean $12,000 or more. We should be straight that those LA figures come from trade reporting rather than from the facilities themselves, since none of them publishes a rate — so treat them as an indication and confirm directly.
The premium can be justified. The model in those markets is genuinely different: one-to-one nursing rather than a caregiver looking after four patients, private suites, chef-prepared meals. But it is a different product, not a premium tier of the same one, and comparing nightly rates between the two brackets will mislead you about both.
Built only from published figures, so you can verify every line against the listing it came from.
| Seven nights | Room | Add-ons | Total |
|---|---|---|---|
| Shared room, Dallas, five lymphatic sessions at the house rate | $2,275 | $425 | $2,700 |
| Private king suite, Houston, five lymphatic sessions, one guest | $3,850 | $1,125 | $4,975 |
| Both before tax, and before anything neither facility publishes. | — | ||
The gap between those two rows is about $2,300 for the same seven nights in neighbouring states. That is the comparison this directory exists to make possible — and it is only possible because both operators publish a rate card. Most do not, which is why the answer to most of the questions below is “ask them”.
Two categories sit outside the house's invoice entirely and still land on your card. The first is garments: most people need a second-stage faja as swelling drops, and the sizing you bought pre-op is frequently wrong afterwards. The second is time — an extra two nights because your drains stayed in longer, a changed flight, a day of unpaid leave. Neither is avoidable by choosing a cheaper house; both are worth having a few hundred dollars of slack for.
Every listing shows its nightly rate, an estimated seven-night total, and the add-on pricing we could find — side by side.
